Reference #: Job Summary ServiceNow Developer will design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, customizing applications and integrating third party systems. Essential Functions Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms. Assist in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues. Create and maintain ServiceNow documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery. Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, App Engine Customize and configure ServiceNow platform features. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required): 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and functionality. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly. Excellent communication skills Education: Bachelorsrsquo; degree in Computer Science, or related field required. AND Experience: Experience in healthcare or technology field strongly preferred.
