Job Title: Director of Operations - Luxury Hospitality Venue Location: Philadelphia area About the Role: Luxury hospitality venue near Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead its diverse business lines, including hotel accommodations, event spaces, catering services, and food and beverage outlets. As the Director of Operations, you will partner closely with ownership to manage day-to-day operations, develop high-performing teams, and enhance the property's reputation as a premier destination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Operations : Lead the property's multi-department operations, including guest accommodations, events, and F&B services, ensuring excellence across all guest touchpoints. Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Financial Oversight : Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and Capex projects to achieve revenue growth and cost efficiency. Guest Services : Drive exceptional guest experiences, utilizing feedback to implement service improvements and ensure high satisfaction and loyalty. Event Management : Coordinate and execute high-profile events, including weddings and corporate gatherings, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations. Beverage & Wine Expertise : Develop innovative wine and beverage programs, incorporating tastings, pairings, and exclusive events to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue. Market Engagement : Leverage market trends and develop creative concepts to elevate the property's brand, attract new audiences, and boost overall revenue. Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality operations leadership, ideally within luxury boutique hotels or similar environments. Strong expertise in managing multi-departmental services, including F&B, events, and lodging. Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience overseeing P&L, Capex projects, and financial analysis. Passion for team development, with a proven ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing talent. Expertise in wine and beverage programming, with a track record of designing programs that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Commitment to delivering outstanding guest services, with experience using feedback to drive continuous improvement. Extensive experience in event planning and execution, including high-profile and large-scale events.
