POSITION SUMMARY To provide professional accounting work related to preparing and maintaining financial statements and records, preparing budgets, reviewing, and reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, and producing a variety of financial reports. Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including research and correction of variances for HOA entities. Responsible for analytical review of monthly profit & loss statements. Review accounts payable and cash postings as needed. Prepare and post daily journal entries as needed. Participates in the annual budgeting process and prepares input based on key operating indicators provided. Create ad-hoc reporting as needed. This position will be responsible for directing efforts culminating with the monthly closing of the general ledger, including review and analysis of monthly results up to and including closing adjustments Assist in preparation of audit work papers and documentation related to annual HOA entity financial audits.
