The Resident Services Coordinator (Certified Caregiver) liaises between residents, resident families, and staff. They will support the Health and Wellness Director by assisting in scheduling, managing staff, and ensuring that systems are in place to provide quality assisted living services in all areas of resident care. Duties also include problem-solving resident concerns and coordinating care with the caregiver team. Assist with the caregiver and med-tech scheduling, working within the department allowances. Coordinate admissions with assistant administrators, including supervising move-ins. Assist with supervising the medication room and orders, working with med techs and caregivers. Complete family/resident admission interviews. Coordinate care planning with home health agencies on-site, working within community policy. Function as a liaison with families, ensuring special needs/requests/complaints are addressed. Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living and medication administration to the residents in a team setting, as needed. Understand the community's care regulations along with state-specific regulations. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! At least 2-4 years of caregiving experience in a senior living setting, including medication administration. At least 2 years of relevant experience, including staff supervision and scheduling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Current Certified Caregiver license, per State regulations. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
