Job Description Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Record and analyze financial transactions in the general ledger. Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Reconcile bank statements and assist with cash management. Assist with inventory accounting and cost analysis related to manufacturing operations. Help prepare and maintain schedules for fixed assets and depreciation. Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Support the auditing process by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
