Under general supervision, the Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coaching a team to provide excellent customer satisfaction for internal and external customers. Responsible for resolving customer issues, meeting or exceeding department performance metrics, and supporting customer and employee retention. Organizes and leads the efforts of the Client Data Reporting and Onboarding Teams focusing on the evaluation and development of functional requirements documents necessary to support client EDI. Key focus areas of this role are: evaluation, organization and management of efforts in support of new client onboarding, client data integration, client system conversion activity, data integrity, client audits and the firm wide development of data solutions as required. Responsible for working with stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, analyze, document, communicate, and evolve the requirements and performance metrics for a process or system in order to solve business problems. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: Organizes, supervises, coaches, monitors, motivates, advises and provides feedback to Department staff to ensure day to day activities are being handled as needed. Ensure staff is meeting production goals, complying with company standards and federal collection laws. Evaluates employee performance, administers discipline, and maintains proper records. Reviews employee e-time entries, approves overtime and time-off requests, and coordinates employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing. Provide technical, advisory, and moral support to the department to ensure both positive customer and team member experiences. Participates in interviewing, selection, and coordinating training for new employees. Ensures assigned staff are trained to create redundancy around assigned responsibilities of the team. Evaluates, coordinates, manages, tracks and reports on projects using formal project management tools.. Recommends new approaches to drive continuous improvement. Designs, develops, and maintains reporting systems to communicate timely status updates to business partners and clients. Coordinates activities across business units, IT and clients to fulfill client requirements and requests. Leads mapping efforts and traces data from system to system in order to solve a given business or system problem. Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, user cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into graphical presentations that can drive improvement and decision-making. Directs the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy new and existing client and firm business needs. Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications. Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements. Defines and documents internal and external user interfaces, support systems and data requirement definition. Deliver informative, well-organized presentations. Complete all required training applicable to assigned position. Additional duties as requested or required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT required, or combination of equivalent experience. 5 years of experience managing an operational business area required, within Creditor's Rights industry preferred. Project management and leadership skills for continuous process improvement. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities Excellent customer service, mathematical, problem-solving and analytical skills required. Excellent computer skills required including SQL reporting services.. Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time. Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis is required. Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interact professionally and cross-functionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts required.
