Job Description We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to partner with security, development, and infrastructure teams to facilitate on-boarding services for SIEM or Automation and Orchestration platforms. This position will be Full-Time and Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio. This opportunity exists within our CAI's Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI's Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent. What You'll Do Develops customized dashboards for operations, security and management teams Review's completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or business partners Integrates existing automation, application, and monitoring systems Partners with security, development, and infrastructure teams to facilitate on-boarding services for SIEM or Automation and Orchestration platforms Works with the Cybersecurity Operations Center to collaborate and engage on potential use cases for Security Automation Work with senior analysts to analyze, identify malicious activity during the various attack stages and present back to the Cybersecurity Operations Team Maintain a high level of technical expertise on Cyber Security defense-in-depth technology and best practices by performing ongoing research and engagement to maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices Collaborate with the Cyber Security Operations Center and IT Operations teams Participate in team teachings and mentoring activities What You'll Need Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Excellent documentation skills Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and be flexible within a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team Adaptable enthusiastic quick learner Hands on, team player with a proactive and optimistic outlook Strong active listening, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective organizational and time management skills Effective verbal and written business communication Preferred: Fundamental understanding of Windows, and Linux operating systems Fundamental understanding of OSI model, basic networking and troubleshooting concepts Fundamental understanding of incident response frameworks and handling procedures Understanding and knowledge of various log formats from a variety of network and computer devices Knowledge of recent Cyber news events and interpreting the threat impacts Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over email/instant message and phone/video call Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.
