Job Title: Senior Procurement Analyst Location: Rahway, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months with Possibility of Extension Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field. Required Experience and Skills: 7+ years of experience in Global Procurement/Global Strategic Sourcing or global business management (Consulting, Finance, HR). Expertise in Indirect Procurement Global Category Management, particularly in Professional Services. Strong knowledge of the Management Advisory Services category, including strategy development, sourcing, supplier relationship management, and project execution. Preferred Experience and Skills: Business Acumen: Skilled at integrating financial data with industry insights to identify key business opportunities. Executive Leadership: Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and influential skills; capable of engaging senior executives. Problem Solving: Ability to identify trends and inconsistencies across data and determine broader implications. Responsibilities The Procurement Analyst will lead the Advisory Services Program, reporting to the Director of Professional Services Procurement. This role involves: Developing a Global Strategy for Management Advisory Services, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. Delivering high-quality Management Advisory Services that provide ROI to executive leadership and key business partners. Supporting procurement efforts to establish a comprehensive strategy for the Management Advisory Services category. Key Responsibilities Include: Refreshing the Advisory Services Procurement Strategy, including Global Category Management, Contract, Risk, and Stakeholder Management Strategies, and Supplier Relationship Management. Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders across the organization. Identifying market trends and tailoring global procurement activities to stakeholder needs. Primary Capabilities Business Outcome Orientation: Leverages stakeholder needs and market intelligence to identify and implement impactful procurement activities. Category & Technical Expertise: Applies in-depth knowledge to enhance procurement processes and capabilities while incorporating emerging category trends. Change Management: Drives change management initiatives, resolves issues, and builds support for proposed solutions. End-to-End Supply Chain: Applies supply chain knowledge to make strategic sourcing and supplier performance management decisions. Negotiation and Contract Management: Leads complex negotiations, develops innovative solutions, and ensures value through agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs). Sourcing Management Process: Guides cross-functional teams through sourcing events (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs) and manages vendor selection and contracting. Supply Market Expertise: Provides insights into category dynamics, trends, and market best practices to inform decisions. Productive Communication: Builds collaborative relationships with key business partners and senior stakeholders. Diversity and Inclusion: Actively promotes supplier diversity and fosters relationships with diverse suppliers. Supplier Relationship Management: Implements governance models, manages supplier performance, and optimizes capabilities to meet business requirements. Process Optimization: Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for procurement and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration across supply chains.
