We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent of Construction to oversee and manage complex to highly complex construction projects. The successful candidate will directly manage project construction activities, ensuring that they meet specifications, are delivered within budget, and are completed by the scheduled date. Responsibilities include coordinating, planning, and supervising craft superintendents, contractors, and/or craft activities, managing projects with budgets ranging from $2MM to $10MM, and overseeing discipline-specific scopes of work. Job Description: Will be attending meetings with client & contractor Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and Contractors Conduct quality & safety inspections Coordinate site testing and inspection effort Manage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman's meetings Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor Project Types: Manufacturing Healthcare Life Science About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
