National Sales Director, Midwest - Staffing About the Company Well-established staffing firm Industry Staffing and Recruiting Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a National Sales Director for Prospecting Volume Accounts in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the staffing industry and be prepared to take on the challenge of spearheading efforts to acquire high-volume accounts. This role requires the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and leading a team of sales professionals to exceed targets. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate cross-functionally, utilize market insights for decision-making, and optimize sales tactics. Candidates for the National Sales Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in acquiring high-volume accounts, is essential. Experience in selling managed service provider (MSP) or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions is a plus. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.
