The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and managing global and regional credit portfolio risk analytics. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing credit models, advancing best practices in credit portfolio risk management, and supporting the economic capital production process. The candidate will be accountable for running and maintaining monthly production processes, performing Monte Carlo simulations, and standardizing economic capital modeling across all regions. Strong technical skills in data analytics, experience with version control applications, and a solid understanding of credit management platforms are essential. The role also requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the global organization. Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a quantitative emphasis and at least 5 years of work experience in credit analytics or a related function. A background in a front office function within a major commercial or investment bank is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have experience with statistical tools, regression models, and machine learning techniques in the context of financial services. Responsibilities include managing credit risk appetite and concentration limit frameworks, participating in policy reviews, and assisting with credit loss forecasting models.
