The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for elevating the wealth management team's presence and client engagement through relationship management, event planning and digital marketing. The Client Experience Coordinator blends traditional client service skills with modern communication strategies to strengthen client relationships and attract new business. What you will do here: Relationship Management: Strengthen engagement in the Financial Advisor team by working closely with the team and providing consistent support with our external events. Ensure clients also have a consistency in their experience and engagement throughout their life cycle with our Wealth Management Team. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and on-site execution of client and prospecting seminars, webinars, and other events. Collaborate with vendors and team members to secure smooth execution and logistics. Work closely with leadership on ensuring the events are unique to help with client and FA engagement. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement client communication strategies, including email campaigns, company LinkedIn account and other social media content. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including Financial Advisors, Operations, Marketing and Compliance teams, to provide exceptional client service. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. What you will need: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred . 2+ Years of Banking, Investment Banking or Wealth Management experience required. 2+ Years of Customer Service experience required. Strong listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required. Strong customer service skills, professionalism and ability to handle difficult situations required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure required. Strong team commitment: ability to work effectively independently and in various team environments required.
