Software Engineer - InfoLease As Software Engineer - InfoLease, you will be part of a Scrum team working closely with our North America Contract Management (Back Office) team members to drive the continuous improvement of our organization; using InfoLease and related applications and tools and best practices using AGILE methodology. Day to Day Perform and lead InfoLease Development and Migration Projects Lead InfoLease development initiatives from a hands-on perspective and provide direction to cross-functional teams empowered to execute Contract Management/Back Office projects for continuous improvement and application sustainability Develop and implement appropriate process control systems, enhancements, and automation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Review use cases to determine automation feasibility including an initial determination on complexity, level of effort, and expected benefits while providing recommendations on priority of automation builds. Review for compliance with organizational standards, guidelines, leading practices, security, and risk management Support end to end functionality testing with test data, test scripts development, and coordinate with end user and IT team members for UAT testing. Maintain process and tools and continuously enhance as needed Be an effective team member Make routine decisions, resolve issues, follow through on commitments, and consider the interests of the Scrum team. Essentials Bachelors or college degree (preferred in Engineering, IT, or Operations) Working knowledge and experience with InfoLease (on-prem or cloud) (part of the IDS/SOLIFI application suite) is a must. Experience with AGILE software development framework and tools (DevOps, Jira, etc.) Training in continuous improvement methodologies is considered an asset. Track record of successful execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives and significant change projects leveraging InfoLease in a variety of business settings and situations Strong attention to detail, verbal & written communication skills, and problem-solving skills Systems and process mapping experience (using Visio or other modeling tools) Financial Industry experience is considered a plus Any SQL experience or Azure experience is considered nice to have. Good to Know Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA and Des Moines, IA Applicable Pay Range $73,754.24 - $110,631.36 DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification. This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies.
