Demand Management Specialist (IT)

We seek a Demand Management Specialist to ensure projects align with strategic targets and provide the necessary detail for comprehensive stakeholder review and challenge. This position involves creating and managing clear, precise documentation and communications, including risks, assumptions, and dependencies, while supporting the prioritization of high-priority initiatives. Client Details A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services. Description Oversee the project intake and update process, ensuring seamless and standardized communication with stakeholders for effective process and relationship management. Provide timely and relevant updates to senior management and key stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress. Ensure end-to-end governance and oversight of the Demand Process, maintaining alignment with organizational priorities. Manage the demand budget process in collaboration with Finance, coordinating new budget requests and approvals. Engage with internal clients to understand their needs and offer governance and support for new project submissions. Develop and maintain accurate process documentation, including reports, metrics, RACI charts, and other relevant materials, while managing risks and escalating issues as necessary. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis roles. Strong understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams, demonstrating experience across various business services and corporate functions. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural work environment.
