Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays. Pocono Farms is a busy country club offering full ala carte grill / pub, banquet, and special events menus for guests. This is a year-round , hands-on position with growth potential for the right individual. Job Duties Include : Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Replace clean plates on specified shelves. Maintain daily cleanliness of dish machine and surrounding areas -clean and sanitize throughout shift. Keep garbage cans empty and replace with clean garbage bags.
