The Maintenance Supervisor will need to track all TPM's, PPM's and charting to show logics. Update the Team on Continuous Improvement projects and Kiazan events. This is a critical role for the facility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Proven Leadership Abilities• Ability to understand the areas in which training is needed in the department• Diagnostic skills and Root cause Analytics• Robotics, PLC programs and SchematicsBlueprints• Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems• Electrical and Electronic systems• Preventative and Predictable Maintenance Process• Safety and Environmental Process knowledge• OSHA standards, regulatory and codes• BOS including Work Order SAP• Talent Management and Performance Assessments• Ability to interface with all levels of Management and Customers• Prepare and present reportsgraphs to demonstrate topics required• Responsible for all maintenance purchasing functions, including parts crib• Maintains cost control measures• High degree of verbal communication, SoftwareComputer capability• New Program launches and vendor plant visits• Lead by example is key function• Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will be responsible for direct reports. Tool stores and supervising min and max stock inventory in crib.QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum 2+ years of related experience within the automotive manufacturing industry focusing on maintaining very large campus, equipment, machinery and personnel.• Knowledge in IATF16949 Audits and ISO14001 Audits and processes.• Lean Six Sigma and Black Belt certification desirable• Experience in high volume medium to large campus• Ability to meet the customers, vendors and leadership team with confidence and skilled communication Do you have any questions?
