About the Role As Associate DevOps Engineer, you will be assisting in programming to eliminate redundant tasks and make other employees more efficient. Support advanced requests that arise from the field that will be Ad-hoc in nature. The Associate DevOps Engineer will function in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing comprehensive system analysis with a focus on multiple different business processes. This position is full-time, 40 hour per week position and may be fully Remote. The work schedule for this position is flexible but will primarily be 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. What You'll Do: Create efficiencies through automation or enhancement of existing processes. Facilitate connecting systems to provide a streamlined approach. Generate data knowledge and insights: facilitate communications with stakeholders and other teams, collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues to complete projects. Must have the ability to deliver solutions to defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection over potentially large datasets. Working knowledge of database design, industry standards and best practices Adhere to security protocols to keep environments secure. Communicate findings, actionable recommendations, and data limitations to stakeholders to facilitate decisions. What You'll Bring Secondary Education / Technical training in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related quantitative discipline. Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening. Practical, intuitive problem solver with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into implemented solutions. Ability to configure REST-based APIs to integrate with external systems and tools. 1-3 years hands-on relevant experience programming in a business environment AWS, Python, API experience required JavaScript, Visual Basic, MuleSoft and SQL experience preferred.
