The American Express Enterprise Recognition Operations Team is a key function within Colleague Services (CS) that is responsible for the implementation and oversight of American Express' colleague Enterprise Recognition programs and vendors. These recognition programs are focused on recognizing and supporting our colleague's loyalty and accomplishments. How will you make an impact in this role? This position will report to the Manager, Colleague Servicing and work closely with the Global Recognition Strategy Team to ensure the delivery of our recognition programs is effective and aligned with American Express' standards and regulations. This role will partner with external Vendors, Colleague Experience Group (CEG), and Business Leaders to ensure a positive colleague experience across a full range of programs, including Loyalty, Reward Blue, and Global Rewards and Recognition. The candidate must be upbeat and a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both an individual contributor and as a valued team member. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the quality of program delivery, and collection of data metrics to evaluate program efficiency, utilization, engagement and satisfaction Support the creation and distribution of a quarterly colleague data dashboard Assist in the relationship management of key recognition programs to ensure seamless integration and alignment with AXP processes and policies Support the oversight of vendor partners, onsite programs and implementation of recognition events Support the day-to-day delivery of established Enterprise recognition programs and expansion of these programs in partnership with CEG leadership Assist in processing, analyzing, solutioning, testing and delivery of potential program interfaces Conduct inquiry and issue management, tracking and resolution, and as appropriate, raising concerns with leadership Confirm orders are processed and shipped in accordance with provider's contractual terms Review and validate invoices against vendor terms including recipient eligibility, award pricing, and applicable taxes, shipping, and credits Monitor operations of recognition programs for opportunities to improve, innovate or reduce costs Support compliance activities including third-party governance, risk assessments, and internal audits Minimum Qualifications: Shown analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with extensive experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment Highly proficient using analytics and collaboration tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint Ability to adapt quickly to a continually evolving landscape, prioritize initiatives based on importance and requirements, and informally lead others Proven track record to collaborate, impact and influence others at all levels in the organization and maintain effective relationships with external partners Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate health/wellness/benefits program, preferably within a multinational organization is preferred Non-considerations for sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions. Qualifications Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
