Be responsible for operating both co-branded concepts within one physical location. Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality. Execute the day-to-day operations in one of our stores. Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties. Manage cost controls and inventory. Participate in the succession planning process of the organization.
