What you'll do We will look to you to organize, direct, and oversee, all aspects of the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department. Making sure that meal service is timely and efficient is a crucial part of your day-to-day and ensuring that service is running smoothly is one of your main responsibilities. You'll also help to supervise service staff and foster a positive work environment. What it takes High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree culinary, hospitality, nutritional services, or a related field preferred Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) certification from the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) preferred ServeSafe certification required or willing to obtain Three years experience in food service operations and/or hospitality management required Experience in a supervisory capacity in a long-term care facility, hospital, or other related medical facility preferred Financial management and budgetary accounting skills required Knowledge of food and catering trends Location Information Ohio Living Breckenridge Village is Willoughby's premier retirement community offering long-term nursing care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and assisted living.
