IT Infrastructure Manager with 10+ years of experience who will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure (i.e., Work devices, network, telecom, systems, infrastructure applications), ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability, to support business operations and growth. This role will lead the IT infrastructure team in the US while maintaining close functional alignment within the company's global infrastructure organization. Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus but not required. You understand and practice IT delivery as a holistic service vs a technical capability on/off. You are decisive and autonomous to make informed and timely decisions, considering the potential risks, impact and returns on the business and IT infrastructure. What you should know / have: Sound technical knowledge and demonstrable experience of IT infrastructure components, including systems, networks, storage, and cloud services. Any certifications below would be preferred: Network: CCNA/P, Palo Alto Cloud: AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, Azure Networking Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Network Engineer Security & Compliance: COBIT, CISSP Service management experience: ITIL Foundation (required) ITIL Advanced (strongly preferred) Demonstrable experience in leading and building an ITSM-oriented team Project management experience: Experience leading high-profile infrastructure projects/programs PMP/CSM (preferred) Work schedule: New York Office: 9 am-6 pm EST (Hybrid) Education & Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience & 5+ years of experience in a team management role Multinational/cultural working environment will be a plus Salary Range $150,000-$180,000 based on education and experience level.
