On Premise Distribution Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of On Premise Distribution, you will ensure implementation of our On Premise Standards, lead the best execution with your DSD distributors, and oversee relationship with our foodservice distribution network. You will manage distribution and volume goals within the region, and develop premium brand execution in channel according to our national strategy. Your main responsibilities will include: communicating priorities and driving sales programs, developing annual business plans, measuring goal execution, and monitoring sales/POS. EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5+ years of experience in Consumer Product Goods industry 4+ years' experience leading teams and working with vendors Distributor, Supplier, or Broadline experience On Premise industry experience. Experience managing back end financial planning systems and budgets Negotiation experience Experience implementing successful sales and trade marketing strategies Valid Driver's License Bachelor's Degree required Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
