Project Manager / Scrum Master (Hybrid) Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with experience in Project management, scrum master, Java and Azure cloud, developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Consulting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Time Management, Project Scope Management, Project Risk Management, Project Cost & Budget Management, Scrum CX-Scrum Master Project Budgeting, Project Invoicing, Project Planning & Execution-Costs, and MS Project. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects effect. Manage each project's scope and timeline. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders). Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Help teams implement changes effectively. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports. Qualifications: Experience in a scrum master role, experience in technical project manager role. Be skilled in Scrum and hold a CX-Scrum Master certification. Familiarity with software development. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Be capable of working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site work. Knowledge on Java project development, azure cloud is preferred. Salary and compensation The annual salary for this position is between $120K - $141,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
