DevSecOps Lead

Design, build, implement and operate cloud infrastructure. Build DevSecOps roadmap for the company. Lead and drive efforts on building secure products across teams. Supervise and control the security execution plan. Identify external threats and attacks and build a plan to mitigate it. Develop and implement security tools that meet the unique needs of the company. Communicate with other teams within the organization to address customer special requirements and ensure the best service to our customers. Train and mentor R&D groups on system capabilities and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and innovation. Develop, build, and maintain the product infrastructure core to ensure its stability, and control production costs to increase company revenue. Demonstrate commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technologies; take ownership and accountability; exude passion for technology, learning, and finding the best solution; communicate and work as a team player; work independently and respond to multiple requests in a dynamic work environment. Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience with DevSecOps engineering. Required Skills: At least 5 years of experience with public cloud best practices and building secure and resilient architecture; At least 5 years of experience with software development best practices; At least 5 years of experience working with large-scale web applications; At least 5 years of experience with containerized environments and microservices, including container security and secrets management (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS or Service Meshes). 9-5, M-F, $173,056-$227,000/yr.
