Advertising Account Executive Philo is looking for a driven, seasoned Account Executive to support the growing Philo advertising team. As an Account Executive at Philo, you will help maximize the tremendous growth we're seeing in ad sales overall and complement our cutting-edge programmatic-first sales approach. Do you have experience selling digital video to top tier advertiser and agency accounts across both programmatic and direct sales channels? Do you have strong people skills and the ability to work with a variety of clients internally and externally? What You'll Do: Identify demand gaps and develop a strategic approach to drive advertising revenue for Philo Engage in-market with Agencies and Brands - bring a consultative approach to generate new business and expand existing accounts. Own your book of business through the entire lifecycle, from prospecting and meeting outreach through campaign set up and troubleshooting to post-reporting and renewal. Work hand-in-hand with ad ops and ad tech partners to book campaigns, troubleshoot, and provide post-reporting in a timely manner. Refine Philo ad sales materials for specific purposes/clients. Maintain an up-to-date database of existing and new business across both direct and programmatic channels. Respond promptly to advertiser and agency RFPs. Work cross-functionally with internal Philo teams including partnerships, ad ops, finance, legal, etc. to build groundbreaking advertising partnerships and share knowledge/best practices. Be the voice of advertisers at Philo, and help to inform future Philo ads products. Be an expert with a deep understanding of current CTV advertising trends and innovations. What You'll Bring: Minimum 8+ years experience selling TV, CTV, or digital video. Established relationships with advertising agencies and brands. Experience with both direct and programmatic sales models. Extremely proactive with the drive to achieve your own and broader business goals. A passion for providing best-in-class, innovative CTV solutions for brands and improved experience for viewers. A collaborative nature that thrives when working with cross-functional teams. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, exciting environment while maintaining an unwavering dedication to quality work. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell value and not just price. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to "own the room." Humility, drive, curiosity, and resourcefulness. BS/BA degree.
