Trillium Professional is now seeking a Java Developer for a hybrid position! Hybrid, candidates must come in 2-3 days per week. Need to be U.S. Citizen, EAD or Green Card. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity! We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications on the Java platform. Experience with AWS cloud services is a significant plus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and software building, with an ability to solve complex technical challenges. What you'll do Application Development: -Design, develop, and implement highly scalable components using Java technologies. -Write clean, and efficient code using Java programming languages. -Develop backend services and APIs to support business processes. -Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing -elements with server-side logic. Database Management: -Design and implement database structures, and ensure their stability, reliability, and performance. -Optimize and maintain legacy systems, troubleshoot and debug applications. Testing and Deployment: -Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure product quality. -Deploy applications on various platforms, including cloud-based services. -Monitor the performance of live applications and make necessary adjustments. AWS Cloud Services (Preferred): -Experience with AWS services including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation. -Implement and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices. -Ensure the security of AWS cloud infrastructure. Team Collaboration: -Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products. -Document development phases and monitor systems. -Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging. Pay rate is $65 per hour. Apply now! Required skills: -Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. -Familiarity with common stacks, particularly with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc. -Familiarity with front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery). -Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Angular, React, Node.js). -Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQLServer, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design. -Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. -Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). -Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). -Experience securing systems to one or more compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53). -Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps. -Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash or PowerShell). -Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
