We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Data Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a data integration expert with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale data pipelines across diverse platforms. This role will play a key part in shaping our data integration strategy, ensuring that our systems are highly scalable, reliable, and efficient. Ergon offers a competitive benefits package for our operators: 401(k) Matching, Health, Life, Dental, Holidays, Vacation, Maternity, Sick Leave, Tuition Assistance, and Profit Sharing Sr. Data Integration Developer Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering roles. Extensive hands-on experience with multiple ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Boomi, IBM DataStage, SSIS, etc.) and an ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Proven track record of delivering successful data integration projects in complex, multi-source environments. Strong experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with large-scale relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience in optimizing ETL processes for performance and scalability in large data environments. Solid understanding of integration best practices, including error handling, logging, and version control. Sr. Data Integration Developer Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud, Python, and other ETL tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, data architects, and system admins) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and performance. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and accuracy. Monitor and optimize ETL processes to improve performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal impact to business operations and maintaining data integrity. Ensure compliance with best practices in data integration, including security, privacy, and governance. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes, technical designs, and workflows. Provide support for production data integration environments and participate in on-call rotations, if necessary. Other development duties as assigned Ergon is an EEO/AAP Employer.
