Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Location : Phoenix , AZ Hire Type: Contract Job description • Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module • Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation • Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration • Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Alert Composer / BIP, approval workflow. • Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record. • Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups. • Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis. • Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
