Our client, a nationally recognized mortgage lender, is in search of enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Officers to fortify their sales force. While experience in sales is crucial, a background in mortgage loans is not necessary for this role. This position is based on-site, not offering remote work. What's in it for you? What they're looking for: Theyre seeking not only someone who can deliver excellent customer service throughout all loan officer activities, including loan origination, document gathering, loan structuring, and end-to-end process management, but also a hungry salesperson whos ready to dig in and get things done. If you have prior experience in commission-only sales, that's a big plus! They want individuals who are self-motivated, resilient, capable of forging effective relationships, and maintaining consistent client follow-up. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience Prior experience in commission-based sales (preferred) Proven record of excellent customer service Strong communication skills, especially in maintaining client updates and follow-ups Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
