As a Senior Manufacturing Alignment Engineer, CVD/PVD at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be driving improvements to manufacturing capability, delivering industry benchmark methods at the lowest cost, and handling the execution of global standards across process areas. In addition, you will focus on Micron's 4 pillars and ensure priorities are aligned to Micron's Strategic Objective requirements across manufacturing sites. This position will be in Boise and support ID1 HVM site in coaching, training, and implementation of HVM network BKMs, systems and practices to support the site development, ramp, and integration to the network. This role requires effective collaboration with sites, Procurement, Global Quality and other OCT departments, and external suppliers to accomplish your objectives. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement execution of alignment programs to improve efficiency and performance across multiple areas, including Scale, Speed, Quality, Cost, and People Standardization of practices and best known methods in Process Areas, especially CVD/PVD Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) alignment, including working with Operations Central Team coordinator to train and mentor team members and ensure proper certification requirements are met Deploy and implement standard processes for SEAL Standardized System requirements Travel internationally to meet business objectives, as needed Qualifications: 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Fab In-depth knowledge of Process and Equipment perspective, including area content knowledge (CVD/PVD preferred) with experience of area methods, systems, tools. Experience working with multiple process areas desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and coordinate area teams within their site desired.
