Housekeeper (Full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00a-3:30p) Come be part of our best-in-class housekeeping team at Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community. Our housekeepers are an important part of resident life, working to create a comfortable, safe and healthy home environment for residents across our continuing care retirement community. We have opportunities for weekdays (M-F only) as well as weekend work, with shift differential pay for weekends. Our housekeepers have access to great equipment, a positive working environment, a variety of schedule options, free uniforms, $50 annual shoe allowance and so much more. In this job, you will: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Interact in a positive and productive fashion with residents while providing exceptional service Communicating with leaders on any concerns Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Check stocking levels of all supplies and replace when appropriate Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and follow all company guidelines and policies for safe and effective work Prior experience with housekeeping is a plus, and we're seeking reliable, friendly people who are focused on quality. Training is provided.
