Position Summary: The Field & Event Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support store growth and demand generation. This includes planning and executing marketing activities that educate and engage targeted audiences, build brand awareness and generate leads such as: creating targeted use-case driven campaigns, supporting grand opening and store events, organizing national trades shows, developing influencer marketing programs, and regional and store based marketing initiatives. Essential Job Functions and Duties: Regional and Local Marketing Management: Integrate corporate communications with local marketing programs to create effective, multi-channel marketing initiatives. Ensure all programs align with overarching objectives while maintaining brand consistency. Store Event Oversight: Coordinate events such as grand openings and customer appreciation days. Uphold the highest standards in event management and brand adherence, ensuring projects are meticulously executed for optimal customer experience. Event Coordination: Lead and support events like Abilities Expos, advising stores on local event participation and setting guidelines for success. Project Accountability and ROI Tracking: Monitor and report on project outcomes, ensuring effective lead follow-up and conversion. Collaborate with field teams to link marketing efforts directly to revenue generation. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide insights on competition and local trends to refine marketing strategies and content roadmaps. KPI Analysis and Retail Collaboration: Analyze performance metrics to guide retail stakeholders and suggest improvements. Digital Asset Management: Oversee digital communication tools to support field operations effectively. Product and Customer Insights: Deepen understanding of product offerings and client personas to inform marketing strategies. Maintain strong communication as the liaison between general managers and marketing teams. Budget and Project Management: Ensure projects meet goals within budget constraints, maintaining financially sound operations. Product Demonstrations and Brand Standards: Facilitate product demos and safeguard brand standards in-store. Professionalism and Compliance: Uphold professionalism in all interactions and adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and core values. Event and Vendor Management: Organize field events and manage vendor relations for seamless logistics. Marketing Materials and Data Analysis: Develop promotional materials and analyze data using CRM and automation tools, ensuring robust budget management. Communication Skills: Expert writing and editing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and engagingly. Ability to prompt generative AI, machine learning interfaces to quickly repurpose content. Customer Engagement and Teamwork: Interact with potential customers to boost product visibility and collaborate with sales and marketing to align and achieve strategic goals. Ad Hoc Projects: Tackle additional projects as required to ensure comprehensive support and alignment with company values. Complete other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related degrees/experience. 0-3 years of experience in marketing. Preferred experience with a multi-location, national company. Experience working with marketing data in a CRM environment (SalesForce highly desirable). Keen sense of awareness of influencers and customers in wheelchairs Demonstrated writing skills with proper grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure. Quick learner, self-motivated and able to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in all Microsoft Office programs with advanced Excel capabilities. Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies.
