User Acceptance Tester (UAT) - Remote

OVERVIEW Releady is partnering with a leading cloud-based identity management solutions provider to find a User Acceptance Tester. In this role you will be specifically focused on testing sales process-related projects. You will ensure that all new or updated systems, processes, and tools designed to support our sales function are fully functional, user-friendly, and meet both the business and end-user requirements. You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and sales teams to validate that all aspects of the sales process work as intended before release. Duration: 3 month contract Month 1 Part-time - 20 hours a week Month 2 Full time - 40 hours a week Month 3 Part-time - 20 hours a week Target Start Date: November 2024 Rate: $62 - $82/hour DOE This position does not allow for C2C or Visa Transfers RESPONSIBILITIES Testing Strategy Development: Develop test plans and scenarios based on project requirements, with a specific focus on sales processes. Identify and document acceptance criteria for testing, ensuring alignment with project goals and sales team needs. User Acceptance Testing Execution: Execute test cases, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing, to validate that all components of the sales process are functioning as expected. Identify, document, and track issues and bugs, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with business users to perform user acceptance testing, capturing feedback and ensuring usability aligns with business expectations. Process Improvement and Documentation: Provide insights and suggestions to improve the user experience and functionality of the sales processes. Document test results, issues, and test case outcomes clearly, ensuring traceability and transparency. Contribute to the creation of user manuals, FAQs, and other support documentation as needed. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Business Technology team, Sales Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and testing outcomes. Participate in project meetings, offering insights from a testing and end-user perspective to contribute to a smooth rollout. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in user acceptance testing or quality assurance, within sales process, Salesforce, or other sales automation tools Strong understanding of sales workflows, reporting, and sales process requirements. Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and testing. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate test findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
