Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, h4, L2 This is hybridf from day-1 ( need only local candidates ) Description : Our client, based in Newark, NJ, is seeking a skilled SailPoint Admin/Developer to join their team. This role requires onsite presence two days per week (Tues/Wed) and focuses on SailPoint Identity IQ (on-prem) , which was recently implemented in their environment 6 months ago. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the SailPoint Identity IQ platform, ensuring smooth operations and system health. Develop and implement custom workflows, rules, and connectors to optimize identity management processes. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SailPoint with other enterprise systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to ensure business continuity. Ensure compliance with security and identity governance best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a SailPoint Administrator/Developer, preferably with Identity IQ (on-prem). Strong understanding of identity management, user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance reporting. Familiarity with integration processes and technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Local to Newark, NJ, and available for onsite work twice a week.
