SUMMARY: This position provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource processes for all Flavors division. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: New Employee Onboarding which includes: Offer Letter generation, Background & Drug Screenings, New Hire Notifications/Communications, Hiring in ADP, I-9 and E-Verification process, and personnel file/documentation management. New Hire Orientation which includes ADP Portal and Benefits Review, and time clock set up (if applicable) Assist with recruitment and interview processes Responsible for data integrity within HRIS (ADP Portal) to include all EE Changes Review and update HR policies and employee handbook annually. HR Invoice processing and budget assistance HR Event Coordinator Manages Robertet Flavors Organizational Chart program Manage mandatory Labor Law postings including remote employees Manage Job Descriptions and employee files Assistance with various special projects (i.e. audit preparation) Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001 Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows COMPETENCIES: In addition to the standard core competencies, Customer Focus, Ensures Accountability, Communicates Effectively, Values Differences, Situational Adaptability, Foster Improvement and Innovation, candidates should also possess the following: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a face-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently on assigned tasks/projects as well as accept directions on given assignments. Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including employee record management. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years related experience and/or training Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years related experience WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment. Requires occasional visits to the production floor. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting, Walking, and the ability to occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
