We are looking for a Lead Analyst, Attractions. Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence, this is a full-time, exempt position that is based in New York City. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Leads the insights & reporting for clients within the attraction vertical. Turns data into wisdom and insights into recommended actions. Conducts ad hoc deep-dive analyses across media channels, layering on website traffic, sales data, and market research to better understand our client's businesses. Develops reports for digital user journey flow, and media mix modeling & media attribution. Daily & Weekly: Sales, digital, and campaign performance reports as required for specific clients, collaborating with internal teams to determine recommendations based on data. Creates meeting decks as required utilizing reports and presents analysis to client. Quarterly or at the conclusion of a limited run: Creates a wrap-up report detailing the client's campaign performance. Performs other duties as assigned. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Problem solvers interested in working with a range of tools to answer questions. 4 - 6 years' experience as a digital and/or media analyst. Experience with data cleaning & visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, FiveTran, etc. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote skills. Understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing raw data, identifying trend drivers, drawing conclusions, and summarizing actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources. SQL, R, and/or Python coding skills a plus. Experience and/or interest in the arts & entertainment industries.
