Pricing Manager Palm Bay is a progressive wine and spirits organization that is a proven industry leader. If interested in this opportunity, please complete the survey at the link below: Location: Port Washington, NY (Hybrid, 3 days in the office) Position Overview: The Pricing Manager maintainsand manages our national pricing records in coordination with the sales team within our pricing systems. Reporting to the VP-Commercial Finance, you will help define our pricing strategy, enforce our price positioning on multiple wine and spirit portfolios, and improve our brand positioning against the competitive set, while being mindful of our budgets by brand. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Execute brand teams planned strategy by maintaining consistent bottle pricing nationally while working within the spend budget established for each brand. Manage queue of daily transactional pricing requests using prioritization of time and return. Escalate potential pricing issues to appropriate leadership when outside of strategy. Track/log price structures to help streamline communication to our customers. Utilize business intelligence reporting to analyze trends, define opportunities, and optimize profitability. Effectively communicate with all internal departments from sales to the back office. Provide support to Finance, Sales, and Brand teams through running routine and ad hoc reports. Ensure compliance with operational policies. Audit price support in coordination with finance ensuring adherence to expectations. Maintain national and contracted pricing records in alignment with brand price strategy. Regularly work with large data sets in excel or other BI tools using skills such as: Lookups Pivot Tables Deductive statements Correlation analysis Data visualizations Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, mathematics, economics or equivalent experience; MBA a plus 3-5 years of work experience, wine and spirits experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere High level of proficiency with Microsoft office Experience with wine and spirits/cpg industry tools a plus: VIP, Vistaar, Nielsen, etc. Wine and spirits knowledge a plus Benefits Overview: Palm Bay offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), paid vacation, personal time off and 11 paid company holidays.
