Civil Project Engineer

Hays is working with a phenomenal growing civil general contractor. Over the last 6 years they have gone from 60 employees to almost 250 employees and look to keep growing. Below are the responsibilities and qualifications for the role.ResponsibilitiesEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.Responsible for RFIs, change orders. budgets, schedules, and submittals.Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues.Work directly with the Project Manager and attend meetings with them.Help with morning safety meetings and communicate with the subcontractors.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Construction Related Degree.1 - 3 years' of experience with civil construction projects as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer.Preferred experience with Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel throughout the New York City Area.
