Ticket Operations & Analytics Manager Reports to: Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service Location: Hillsboro, OR Full Time/Permanent ***Applications will close on November 30th; Interviews will be scheduled throughout December 2024 until filled. About the Hops The Hillsboro Hops are a single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Located in Hillsboro, Oregon, approximately 15 miles west of Portland. The Hops currently play at Hillsboro Ballpark but are in the middle of major construction of a brand new ballpark in partnership with the City of Hillsboro. The world class entertainment venue will open in time for the 2026 baseball season and will host a full season of High A baseball, but concerts, community events and more. They have won three (3) Championship Titles since 2013 and were awarded the Bob Freitas Award in 2017, given to the best operators in Minor League Baseball. Role The Ticket Operations & Analytics Manager will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Hops' ticketing system (ProVenue), overseeing the Box Office on event days, and identifying key metrics from ticket sales data to help drive future revenue. General Responsibilities Act as primary liaison regarding upkeep and maintenance of the Hops ticketing system, ProVenue () in addition to GiveX, FEVO, and other ticketing programs. Master the administration and back-end management of the ticketing system software and demonstrate skills in processing and reconciling all sales transactions. Assist with maintenance and selection of CRM - including annual set up of relevant products, updates to pricing, maintenance of interactions with other programs, and all other items required to ensure all sales/customer data are accurate and meet the needs of all departments of the organization. Provide relevant training to other departments on CRM and ticket systems as needed. Utilize the ticket system to provide detailed financial records and reconciliation for all ticket sales on a daily, seasonal, and yearly schedule. Maintain care of ticket office equipment including hardware, software, and supplies. Provide game-day support in ticket resolution, customer service, and will call. Manage loaded value tickets, vouchers, and finances related to store value tickets. Manage event access control, make sure all scanners and equipment are operational and properly set, and provide accurate information. Design and develop ticket stock and related items, negotiate ticket printing services with providers. Monitor all seat inventory including holds to maximize ticket sales revenue. Ensure online functionalities for all sales links and online account management for ticket holders. Coordinate digital ticket distribution for all tickets including season ticket plans, suites, sponsors, individuals, players, and complimentary accounts. Work with the VP of Ticket Sales to help establish the annual ticket sales budget and ongoing reports to support ticket sales in meeting annual goals. Provide daily ticket sales reports to management and provide data to the sales team for blasts and call lists. Prepare accurate required ticket sales reports for MLB. Oversee all complimentary ticket requests, which involves processing all staff requests, and VIPs, preparing complimentary ticket allotments, and processing all ticket requests and player/umpire tickets. Facilitate data collection through the ticketing system, including data needed for purchases, traits for buyers, and merging data with outside sources, while keeping data current in the CRM system. Identify key metrics that will help drive sales revenue and attendance. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in developing new outreach strategies and targeted campaigns. Fulfill specific database requests from both the management team and the sales team regarding renewals, ticket sales, campaign tracking, and other initiatives. Collect, cleanse, and analyze data through in-stadium data capture. Required Qualifications Minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in Sports Management, Accounting, Analytics, or related field. At least two years prior ticket office or customer relations experience preferred. Able to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, including Hops home games with additional hours included for office work. Compensation Salaried; $55,000/yr, plus bonus structure (when eligible). Flex time throughout the season. Benefits include paid vacation, Simple IRA plan, and medical and dental insurance/coverage.
