With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics.About the role:Join us in our journey to define controls standards and roll out standardized controls, both financial and operational, for Maersk global operations for Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce, driven by data and process, while ensuring visibility and transparency!As a Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation. Key Responsibilities:Assess, understand and map processes for as-is and to-be, including controls, RACIReview SOPs/IOPs developed by area/region teamsDevelop valuation of impact of risks and controls, and prioritizeDefine roadmap to for the workflow to move to future state with risks and controlsDefine automation possibilities to assist with current and future processes and metricsPartner with region to establish new proceduresDrive closure of audit items and address risksTravel Requirement:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time based on the work assignedWhat you bring:Experience in parcel delivery business, e.g., last mile carrier, 3PL, 4PLExperience with process design, mapping, documentation, controls, improvements, and change managementExperience in financial processes and mechanisms, big advantage for experience in controllership and accountingExperience in managing projects and stakeholders and effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesSoft Skills Needed:Investigative skills with proficiency in translating complex concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand communicationSolve complex problems and make data driven decisionsAbility to write convincing narrative with strong logic in memo and presentation formatEffective Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, WordJoin us as we harness cutting-edge technologies and unlock opportunities on a global scale. Pay Range: $90,000-$105,000*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
