The successful candidate will be tasked with developing, planning, and delivering strategic and tactical HR initiatives that align with business needs, enhance employee engagement, and drive overall performance and productivity. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, capable of executing human capital strategies, and serving as a strategic leader in all HR functions, including talent development, management, organization effectiveness, change management, and employee relations. The VP of HR will also be responsible for training and developing HR and business leaders, designing human capital plans, and leading the succession management and global talent acquisition processes. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 12 years' of experience as an HR generalist, with at least 7 years' in a managerial role, is required.
