Our Client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at the office in Boston . The firm offers excellent benefits! * Details: Handle complex case management for ITC and federal district court litigation Manage paper and electronic discovery process and support attorneys in all phases of discovery and trial preparation Manage documents and war rooms and work with attorneys to coordinate large-scale document productions and reviews Research and analyze all case documents, materials, rule and court procedure, and prior testimony and publications of opposing experts, create timelines and reports of findings Oversee and coordinate logistics for depositions, assist and prepare for meetings with clients, outside counsel, and others Coordinate the preparation and filing of briefs and legal documents, and prepare and submit electronic court filings Perform legal cite-checking, blue booking and shepardizing Manage all trial preparation and support activity and manage post-trial matters Salary Range: $125-150k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes health insurance and 401(k)! * Skill and Qualifications: Bachelors degree required 7+ years of litigation experience ; Patent and ITC litigation experience preferred Knowledge of USPTO and ITC practices and procedures Knowledge of document management and review software Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative * * * Gainor provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression), age, national origin, immigration status, marital or familial status, citizenship status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, reproductive health decision making, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic or status protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
