Description Business Development Manager Thermal - Channels First year potential total compensation is $125,000.00. Base Salary : $78,000.00 to $90,000.00 depending on experience. First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, and commission of $125,000.00 (approximate). We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager - Thermal Barcode to work remotely supporting the Northeast / Mid-West Territories. Position Summary: Develop new Thermal Barcode Printer Sales to meet TABS revenue objectives and establish/strengthen TABS presence through indirect sales activities (BTA dealers and TBS). Build presence in the MFP sales channels to ensure sales and brand awareness of TABS Barcode Products. Responsibilities: Manage, plan, coordinate sales program efforts for new accounts in order to meet established quotas and related revenue objectives while growing indirect account base. Responsible for quota achievement of assigned accounts. Responsible for maintaining relationships with dealers that resell Toshiba BCS/POS Distributors. Develop and manage relationships with resellers and new customers. Actively create partnerships to ensure successful sales trends. Evaluate and anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate alternatives. Stay informed of competitor and technology trends. Act a Contact (POC) for resellers and select accounts. Implement effective sales programs to maximize efforts to penetrate new accounts. Identify areas of concern and advise management of corrective action. Ensure programs effectively grow market share and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing to strengthen Toshiba Brand awareness. Create and analyze monthly forecast and sales reports. Assess finding and determine sales potential for assigned areas. Provide marketing and competitor data, trends and channel needs. May conduct product demonstration or customer education activities as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the Thermal Barcode industry or 5 years selling products or solutions to the MFP channel. Must have demonstrated experience securing new business, including signing new dealers to distribute products. Proven negotiation skills with a record of accomplishment, developing and maintaining customer relationships. Must have demonstrated success executing all phases of the sales process including prospecting/social media techniques, presentations, reporting, RFP submissions, negotiations, implementation, and ongoing account Management QBR reviews. Must be comfortable with educating new customers and Sales Team on Barcode products and solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills. Must have the ability to travel extensively.
