Experience with NDT is a plus!Assembly: Install bushings into subassemblies utilizing thermal techniques and hydraulic presses while applying corrosion compounds. Familiarity with hydraulic test bench operations is optional.Light Machine/Production Operations: Operate Sunnen vertical and portable hones for finishing assembled in-line bushing pairs. Use high RPM hand-held grinders/Dremels for deburring and perform cleaning/preparation with abrasive blast cabinets. Experience with shot peening or rotary flapper peening is a bonus!Basic Administration: Complete internal work travelers, inspection reports, and inventory tracking documents.Basic Maintenance Functions: Conduct routine maintenance of machines and tools used in MRO activities.
