Warehouse Supervisor National Corporate Housing looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for its Housewares Division. Successful candidates must be safe drivers with proof of a clean driving record. This position requires the management of complete delivery and set-up of client corporate suites and temporary housing units/facilities. Responsibilities: Maintaining inventory numbers Place inventory orders based on forecasting of demand Assist in preparing yearly budget and meet budgeted performance Ensure warehouse and vehicles are clean and organized at all times Create daily routing schedules for each driver to ensure efficiency Overseeing team and coordinating daily activities Schedule necessary maintenance and repairs of appliances and vehicles Staffing of warehouse team Ensuring proper organization and process flow is followed/implemented Quality control Achieve customer service scored of 95% Vendor coordination Assist with inspecting all apartments prior to move in and move out to assess damage and document issues Ensure all apartments meet company standards Packaging of housewares for delivery or shipment Clean, repair, replace broken items and housewares in apartment when needed Report maintenance issues or items needed in units Deliver miscellaneous items to customers Complete set-up and layout of houseware/linen products to include housekeeping functions such as making beds, hanging shower curtains, and appropriately placing kitchen items on counters and in cabinets in accordance with client specification. Maintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties including, but not limited to: light bulbs, batteries, cable wires, cleaning supplies, lock boxes, etc. Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors Maintain accurate record of miles driven and daily activity Daily communication with the staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed Other duties as assigned Requirements: B.S. or equivalent training in warehouse and supply chain management 1-3 years warehouse/supply chain experience Have a "whatever it takes" attitude toward customer satisfaction Heavy lifting requirement of 50 lbs., with the ability to utilize a hand truck/dolly to load boxes weighing between lbs. and transport up or down stairs leading to designated temporary housing units Day time travel around the city required All employees are expected to have knowledge of National's business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.
