Software Engineer - Neon Moose LLC d/b/a Justworks Labs - New York, NY. Job Duties: Develop frontend web applications for both internal and public use. Gather requirements. Partner with team lead to produce clean, effective, and on-brand user experiences. Implement designs with a high level of fidelity. Research design patterns and propose technical solutions to common web UI/UX problems. Responsible for coding, testing, and deploying modern web applications. Assist with the hiring and development of the growing team. Exercise good judgement and critical thinking when analyzing and assessing problems and implications, identifying patterns, making connections of underlying issues, understanding risks, developing mitigation strategies, and taking ownership of the outcome. Take a can-do approach, even in the face of obstacles and constraints, by assessing what's in front of you and effectively and efficiently optimizing what you have, whether it's working on something new or thinking about how to do something better. Minimum Requirements: Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent). Must have completed a software coding bootcamp or similar program.
