Assistant Manager Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer experiences Assisting store manager with various daily tasks on site Manage site in absence of store manager Complete management paperwork accurately Oversee training of cashiers Writing, receiving, and stocking orders for site Oversee employees on shift Act as a communicator between cashiers and management team Critical inventory counts Follow and enforce company's policies and procedures Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Retail management experience preferred, but not required Able to lift/carry 20+lbs Able to work nights, weekends and holidays Ability to be on call for staffing issues or emergencies
