Serve as project manager for paralegal team as the team supports a year+ review/remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entity. Provide interim overflow support of paralegal team in management of entities, including coordinating with lead remediation attorney, legal entity attorneys. Qualifications: College degree or equivalent 7+ years of experience in financial services Word and Excel are necessary, iManage experience a plus.
