If you'd like to learn more about the mission of CHN, who we are, and who we serve, go to As an Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership you will provide direct support to the Senior Leadership Team at CHN. The Executive Assistant to Sr. Leadership will provide executive level support to either the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Real Estate Development Officer (CREDO) or to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Community Housing Network (CHN) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of these departments. Responsibilities include: Calendaring & Meetings Correspondence & Document Preparation Administrative & Project Execution Qualifications Associates degree 3 years' experience in the administrative and executive assistant function Use of personal vehicle as needed to complete routine tasks (must hold personal vehicle insurance and valid driver's license) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Familiar with standard office equipment such as computers, multi-line phones, photocopiers and fax machines. Must act with discretion and confidentiality in carrying out duties.
