As a Branch Manager, you will be leading the highest performing branch in the US, from a sales, operational and commercial view. This is a management position, where you will be overseeing the sales team and the branch P&L. Responsibilities Include: Generate and analyse forecasts, financial objectives and business plans. Work with both Sales and Operations teams to increase the company's exposure with the goals of retaining all existing business and gaining significant new business. Directly oversee an assigned territory with branch sales team and showcase extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in the area. Ensures quality system goals are consistently in focus and energies are directed to their achievement. Essential Experience Required: Previous experience in managing a sales team and/or Branch Ability to meet an exceed sales and profitability targets.
